My son has a building downtown that is pretty old and needs some renovations done. He is noticing some cracks in the foundation and is worried that it’s severe structural damage. It’s really good to know that if you see a crack bigger than 3mm than it’s time to get it checked by a professional.

I am concerned about a supporting Beam. I never noticed it. Recently i have been researching & investigating because i would like to hire CAD or to create plans for renovations and found out…..the structural deficiency. Also i would like a Survey. I have one but it has been photocopied many times and the numbers are barely legible. I would like to have all these costs calculated so i can determine what projects to give priority and stagger them to suit my financial conditions. It is a residence.
